Return Shipping Is on Us

ARTYSIAN covers return shipping costs, including returns for a change of mind as well as returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Request a Return

Before sending an item back, email support@artysian.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and arrange return shipping at our expense. For a damaged or incorrect item, please include photos when possible.

Refunds

We will explain the refund process when we confirm your return request. This policy does not limit any applicable statutory consumer rights.
